One of the largest communities in Contra Costa County, San Ramon is an expanding city that is always welcoming of new residents. Found about 34 miles east of San Francisco, the city is known for its desirable location with stunning views of Mount Diablo. About 76,000 people reside here and take advantage of the city’s many shops and restaurants found at Diablo Plaza and the Shops at Bishop Ranch. The newly renovated city center features several retail stores, the Lot Luxury Theater, and the Fieldwork Brewing Company, with more establishments slated for opening in the coming years.

Locals have access to excellent medical care at the San Ramon Medical Center. The economy in San Ramon is thriving, and the master-planned office community of Bishop Park is home to the Chevron Corporation headquarters.
