Livermore's Summer 2026, Mapped: First Street's New Restaurants, Wente's Concert Lawn, and the Thursdays That Tie Them Together

Livermore's Summer 2026, Mapped: First Street's New Restaurants, Wente's Concert Lawn, and the Thursdays That Tie Them Together

Downtown Livermore has been a moving target this year. Between February and May, four restaurants either opened or were announced within a short walk of each other on First Street, a micro food hall filed plans for the old Pennyweight space on Railroad Avenue, and Wente published a full June-through-October concert calendar that gives locals eight specific Friday nights to plan around.

If you already live here, this is the summer where the town's rhythms stopped being scattered. The restaurants, the concerts, and Downtown Livermore Inc.'s standing weekly programming have snapped into a shared calendar. Here is what the map actually looks like.

The First Street Opening Wave

Five new or announced dining concepts sit within about seven blocks of each other, most of them on First:

Concept Address Status
Zachary's Chicago Pizza 2470 First St., Suite 104 Opened Feb. 2, 2026
Slice House by Tony Gemignani 1948 First St. Grand opening being planned
Le Nocturne 470 First St. Targeting mid-to-late May 2026 debut
Doppio Zero Livermore (site not yet public) Confirmed for 2026
The Storehouse – New Provisions 2455 Railroad Ave. Proposed for fall 2026

A few things about that list are worth reading against each other.
