Francesca Davila was born and raised in Castro Valley, and has firsthand experience with all the East Bay has to offer. This in-depth knowledge coming from 26 years of living in the East Bay allows her to educate her clients from out of the area. From navigating the area, schools, hiking and walking trails, shopping, dining, and recreational facilities, Francesca knows the East Bay like the back of her hand.

Before getting her license, Francesca graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She also has extensive experience in both sales and customer service, and has been watching Leslie Peterson from the sidelines for many years. This has offered her an insider’s view of the inner workings of real estate.

Now, Francesca is applying her knowledge and experience to the Evolve Real Estate team. Francesca knows what an important decision buying and selling real estate is. Her clients truly appreciate her attention to detail and thoroughness in working with them throughout this process. She is passionate about real estate and is constantly driven to educate herself further. Francesca is known by many as a people person through and through. She loves working closely with her clients and offering them the most personalized experience possible.

When Francesca is not immersing herself in the field of real estate, she is practicing pilates or hiking at her favorite Castro Valley trails. She also values quality time with her family and friends and never misses an opportunity to spend time with her nieces and nephew. As a Castro Valley native, she loves to be out in the community as much as possible!
