Meet Megan

Megan Dickerson is a Bay Area native, marketing specialist, and real estate professional. She works with both commercial and residential properties, primarily serving sellers and first-time homebuyers. Megan joined the real estate industry in 2016 and is passionate about creating dynamic marketing campaigns using digital content to drive leads. Ambitious and driven, she works with purpose and diligence to create best-case scenarios for her clients.

 

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Megan received her bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in legal studies from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. Megan’s strong professional background in marketing has enabled her to thrive as a real estate agent and to effectively employ branding strategies when working with clients. Megan is attentive to her client's unique needs and goals and provides expert guidance during the buying and selling processes.

 

Megan is a passionate and committed volunteer, with over 800 hours of service in the past five years alone. She volunteers for several organizations, but primarily works with Developing Future Leaders, a nonprofit committed to empowering at-risk youth. Additionally, Megan is the co-creator of the podcast “Awakened and Aligned.” This podcast explores topics such as self-love, mental health, spiritual growth, and wellness. Megan is eager to share her faith with others, with the hope that she can help others navigate challenges while remaining positive and feeling fulfilled.
